*refund & return policy*  

hello! we want you to love what you buy! here are how the return works and what you can return. when you buy a product from our website you agree to the tos.

*returns*

please make sure you start the return within 14 days of the date the package got delivered.

- it’s unused and in the same condition as when you got it.  
- it’s in the original packaging.  
- you have proof of purchase (like your receipt or order confirmation).  

*refunds*
once we get your return and check it out, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. if everything looks good, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method.  

💡 *a few things to keep in mind:*
- if the item is used, damaged, or missing parts (and not because of us), we will not give a refund
- shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake on our end.  

*return shipping*  
if you’re returning an item, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. we recommend using a trackable shipping service to make sure your package gets to us safely.  

*where’s my refund?*
still waiting on your refund? here’s what to do:  
1. check your bank account.  
2. contact your credit card company (sometimes refunds take a few days to process).  
3. if it’s still not showing up, shoot us an email at thegoodpeopleshop@gmail.com or visit our website and click the contact and we’ll look into it!
